Due to the nature of dropshipping, products are shipped directly from our suppliers overseas. Please read the following carefully:
Damaged or Lost Items:
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.
- We will work with the supplier to provide a replacement or full refund.
- Proof of damage (e.g., photo) may be requested to process your claim.
Change of Mind / Incorrect Orders:
- Returns or refunds for reasons other than damaged or defective items (e.g., change of mind) are not accepted.
- Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service for any returns.
Processing Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the claim is approved.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
